@brian thanks. it is solved. the problem is extension=php_mysqli.dll of the sitehost php.ini config. but new prolems: "The requested URL /email_login was not found on this server." and "The requested URL /register was not found on this server."

@ostro thanks for the report i'll test it and post here later @foecy try turning "pretty URLs" off in your config.php, or make sure you have the .htaccess and a web host that support it, see "pretty URLs" in the README for more info
