@shimul also you should clear your database-entries. I tried to register and you didn't create an account up to this point, so I got the admin-account by mistake.

@shimul the first registered user is the administrator, and @shen84 has taken that role at your site while testing. you will need to DROP your mysql database and then CREATE database again, before/when you install the next release
